Day 1: Embarkation from 4:00pm, Vessel departs from Wewak Harbour at approx 6:00pm. Days 2-12: 3 to 4 dives per day, typically scheduled as follows: - Light Breakfast, briefing, Dive 1 - Full Breakfast, relax/interval, briefing, Dive 2 - Morning Tea, relax/interval, Lunch, briefing, Dive 3 - Afternoon snack, relax/interval, briefing, Dive 4 (may be a dusk or night dive) - Dinner Day 13: 2 morning dives only, lunch, vessel steams to Walindi Resort. Day 14: Disembarkation at Walindi Wharf up until 9:00am (to suit outward flights where applicable) Wewak to Walindi Resort 13 night Itinerary is a special exploratory trip completing the circle after the Walindi to Wewak trip prior. Areas visited will be Vokeo Island and Schouten Island out of Wewak, Manam Island, Karkar Island and Bagabag Island out of Madang, Long Island and Tolokiwa Islands, Sakar Island, Witu Islands, Kimbe Bay. Dive sites visited are at the discretion of the Captain and are weather dependent. These areas are rarely visited by dive vessels, and you can expect pristine reefs and abundant marine life. We will attempt to follow in Jacques Cousteau's footsteps when he visited Papua New Guinea in the late 1980's.
