About this liveaboard
For more than 22 years, the well-maintained and annually renovated 32-meter-long, 10-meter-wide white diving safari vessel AMBA has been cruising the Maldives. It has been considered highly reliable and comfortable and is known for its unique character as well as its exceptional crew. For many years, AMBA has been one of the most popular liveaboards in the Maldives and offers excellent value for money. Since many vessels are following the trend toward the Deep South and dive sites there are becoming increasingly crowded, we are finding that on our central tour we usually have the dive sites to ourselves, without other divers. AMBA has been especially well-known and is particularly popular among discerning and experienced divers who value quality, safety, comfort, and professional organization. The vessel visits the best central atolls: Vaavu, Ari, Faafu, Meemu, Baa, Raa, and Male Atoll. The ship accommodates up to 20 experienced divers. The crew consists of 15 skilled long-term members and professional sailors. The trip leaders and owners are from Germany and are on board. The onboard language is English. Translations into German, Italian, and Spanish are available through multilingual crew members.

Standard Cabin Lower Deck
The standard cabin deck cabins feature two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. Each room is spacious, modernly furnished, and equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with a Western-style toilet, freshwater shower, and hand basin. Hand soap is provided. We use only high-quality bedding, and mattresses as well as pillows are replaced regularly. The air conditioning units are cleaned and serviced regularly to ensure optimal performance and hygiene. Towels are changed by room service every other day, and laundry is handled by a professional laundry service..
